SW is growing old (35 years). Does it still hold up?

What do YOU think? Does Star Wars stand the test of time or is SW beginning to feel dated?

And what about the younger wiewers (20 years or younger); I was wondering if they would find SW dated if they never has seen SW before. (akin to a very young horror fan that is used to the SAW movies and other torture movies. Then he sees the 52 year old Psycho and think it's very dated). Would a young ScF-fan react the same on the 35 year old SW?

The graphic is definitely getting outdated but the cultural impact, storyline, music, and ultimately the characters will stand the test of time.
