He was alright to begin with but he got extremely jealous and he felt threaten immediately over Parker.. He didn't want any help and it seem he couldn't handle the pressure when it got to him..

Was he really like that? other then the movie portrays? He didn't wanna leave new york to go to California and when he was asked to come out or he would get left behind, He immediately stopped there funds...

Don't know about the real life issues honestly, but I felt that the movie version of Eduardo didn't so much feel any jealousy but was hesitant to deal with him because the dude was trouble. High risk, high reward deal, but Eduardo seemed like the type to play it safe. Look what happened later with Sean, too and it proves his point.

Not that Eduardo's actions were any better, freezing the account was retarded.

The movie portrays better than the real story to Eduardo, and the Wink twins.

The Wink basically shook down MZ, they didnt had much of a case. As if I came up with an idea of 16 mm video, but MZ develops Blue Ray and I still want a piece of that action. The twins are the garbage of America, they didnt produce anything yet they have like 60 millions out of the deal.

Eduardo S was a poor CFO for an enterprise like Facebook. MZ cut him a lot of slack, he should've gone for a bank loan instead of his friend. As big as Facebook was, Eduardo should've dropped the internship and stick with MZ. Good things were happening around him. That's the kind of people you should stick around to.

He didnt played his cards right, and got truly *ucked in the end. MZ was also *beep* about it.
