I just saw Belle. Movie theater was packed.

I just saw the film today. I attended an 11:45 am showing although technically it didn't start until after noon since all of the trailers and commercials and PSAs reminding everyone to turn off their cell phones and report would-be "terrorists" felt like it took 30 minutes before the movie actually started.
It probably was only twenty minutes but felt longer - almost forget what movie I came to watch. LOL.
As far as crowds are concerned I was actually surprised to see about 25 to 30 other people in the theatre with me especially that early in the day.
Anyway, I really liked this film. Gugu and the rest of the cast were all quite good.
I was interested since I saw that Gugu was in it and that it was a period piece. I've liked Gugu ever since she played Martha's sister on the new Doctor Who.
I was even more intrigued when I discovered this was based on a true story.
I was tempted to see Captain America one more time today but I'm glad I saw this. Films like this really need to be supported so more can be made.
I plan on buying it along with Cap 2 when they come on on DVD.
