This is the best asylum horror I've ever come across

I haven't seen all that much horror asylum type movies, but this is by far the best and most scary one I've seen. Some people complain about it, calls it crap, but similar to the movie Sinister, it's a movie that has some very effective elements of horror in it, not to mention there are some unforgettable characters like Price. What other asylum horror movies are there? I saw season 2 of American Horror Story but that show is more drama than it is horror.
