Where does Prometheus rank in terms of Ridley Scott's other films?
Prometheus seems to really have split audiences, who either love or hate it.
But where do you think Prometheus ranks in terms of Scott's other films?
Is it up there with Bladerunner and Alien, or somewhere in the middle with American Gangster or Body of Lies , or near the bottom of the pile with Robin Hood?

Too early to justly rate. Alien and Blade Runner were considered classics years after release. Prometheus is a smart Sci-Fi thriller that made audiences think (much to many goers' dismay), and quite entertaining. I'd say it's my favorite movie thus far this year, but would be upset if it remains that way. Hoping Argo, Lincoln, Les Miserbales, and The Hobbit are all better.
Alien, Gladiator, Blade Runner are his best. Prometheus could be a cult classic in time as well though, and is already vastly underrated.

On par with Hannibal. Visually impeccable but without coherent substance, and you're left with a feeling of 'WTF did I just watch?'.
