How come in the real world, some guys can are hard enough to take on three guys at once? They just are, that's all.

I think they wanted to focus on the Windu-Palpatine duel and not leave much for the others, therefore making the other three Jedis look like fools.

Easily? I'm not sure about that. Mace did have to retreat momentarily to gain the upper hand, and after a while Palpatine got tired and made an error (or risked his life to appear innocent). Anyway, the three slain Jedi simply were no match for the Sith Lord. It doesn't matter that they were Jedi Masters and members of the Jedi council, although apparently only one of them was a long-time councilmember (with Mace). The only elite Jedi of the entire Order were Mace, Yoda, Anakin and Obi-Wan. None of the Jedi except for Yoda even had enough clairvoyance to avert being attacked by their respective clone troops, although Yoda wasn't caught in the heat of battle, at the moment of the attack upon him, unlike his colleagues. In fact, he idly was feeling the dark side of the Force become stronger every step of the way. As Darth Vader rose to his feet, Yoda ailed. As the Jedi Knights perished, Yoda nearly fainted.
