Who saw this in the theater in 1988?
I've been lucky to see all 4 of them in the theater and can't wait for the eventual new one. I saw the first one when I was 14 with my Dad and only knew at the time who Bruce Willis was from the show Moonlighting and didn't know anything about this movie at the time but my Dad like action movies and so did I so went with my sister.
It was one of the best movie experiences of my life. I've now seen this movie 100 times it seems and can never really get tired of it. Simple plot, awesome location, awesome great action and acting, strong language, violence, comedy, suspense beyond, and one hell of an enjoyable film. Before this, only Lone Wolfe McQuade was a better action movie until this came along and still to this date is the best action movie ever.
